"My parents were with Mr. Bly's office since the seventies. (Round about) I remember one of my parents say he came to the house. Both of them have now passed away but I am a client and so is my son. I love talking to Donna and Greg because they are understanding and will help out as much as legally possible."

"Noticed my review from last nite has gone missing, so here we go again. My parents (both passed away now) insured house, boats & campers for over 35 yrs. Seldom a claim. Ice damn in the kitchen and the fiasco started. Used a contractor State Farm referred to us. Kitchen torn out, little to nothing after that. Calls to contractor and the response was "everytime you call us, it costs you more money". When we reported to State Farm, their response was "Well, you hired them". WHAT?? Hired another contractor. Cupboards were "moldy" according to 1st contractor and were torn out and ruined but State Farm wanted us to have them rehung. When I informed them they couldn't be rehung, they insisted they could be "remediated and rehung". They refused to come out and see for themselves that they were beyond repair. FINALLY after more than a yr, endless phone calls, emails and more stress than an 84yr old woman should have to endure, the kitchen was finished. Unfortunately mom passed away before her kitchen was finished. Studs and insulation was all she saw of her kitchen. Way to treat a long time customer Dave Bly! If I could give you minus 100 stars, I would!"

"So sorry about this unfortunate situation. However, from the very beginning this claim was handled by our claims adjustors who make the final repair and payment decisions. During this process my office had several conversations with your family and our claims associates to try and resolve any differences. With any claim we try to make sure everyone is treated fairly and paid what they are owed. Unfortunately, the outcome was not to your liking. Again, I am sorry for how this process turned out. However, communication issues and differences between a contractors estimate and our claims associates is something I cannot control. "
